Four actions in the district court for Cass county, consolidated for trial and heard together on appeal, to recover $3,000 in each case under policies issued by defendants covering loss to certain property of plaintiff caused by windstorm, but providing that defendants should not be liable for loss by snowstorm or blizzard. The cases were tried before D. H. Fullerton, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $2,969.88 returned for plaintiff in each case. From separate orders denying their alternative motions for judgment or a new trial, defendants appealed.
